Past life regression is based on the principles of cause and effect (also known as law of karma). The cause may be a unsatisfied desire, a feeling of revenge, a past promise and so on in past life. This leads to rebirth with a well drafted destiny print for current life time and corresponding effect on a person’s present physical, emotional, mental or spiritual well being, at this moment.
For example, a person who has had a past life where in he/she could not dare to raise his/her voice against injustice or who had to suffer heavily for having expressed. In current life, such a person may have a disease of the throat, resulting difficulty in speaking/talking. Such person when get aware of the root cause, the energy blockages get cleared and the person gets healed of his/her throat disease.
Past Life Regression therapy works on the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. It does not deal with external symptoms. It directly addresses the internal root cause.
During talk, we understand and arrive at your exact reason/interest such as adverse issues regarding mental, emotional and physical health, relationship, profession, business or occurrence of repeated unwanted event patterns which is disturbing you in your existing life.
To know the reason for same suffering, you would like to visit previous memories of your past life experience. We briefly explain you the expected benefits, clarify any doubts/apprehensions you may have so that you are at ease and make you aware and comfortable for the process.
Normally it takes 1.5 to 2.0 hrs you are advised to either sit on chair or lay down comfortable on bed. As we start and continue giving suggestion, you gradually start feeling relaxed and become deeply relaxed as it feel like sleeping. However, in this state, we remind you the purpose (reason as decided earlier with you) and your sub conscious mind starts opening up stored memories of concerned previous life time and you start revisiting and feel the experiences again. Generally, we guide you to run these memories including end of that life time.
Just by visiting past memories, at least partially, energy blocks open up due to awareness. Any residual, if any, is resolved in this state with sub-conscious mind counseling.
